For California residents, loans by Affirm Loan Services, LLC comply with the California Finance Lenders Law license. We ensure secure payments by collecting necessary personal data and using TLS technology for encryption. This data may be shared with third-party production and shipping companies within our group. Payments are processed by Stripe – refer to their privacy policy for more information. Data is also shared with Printify Inc for tracking purposes of trackable parcels.
Fraud Prevention Check:
As part of the ordering process, we conduct a fraud prevention check using Stripe Geolocalization to prevent payment abuse and comply with Art 61 Sentence 1f GDPR.
Google Maps Autocomplete:
To prevent delivery errors, we use Google Maps Autocomplete which may involve geolocalization based on your IP address, aligning with Art 61 Sentence 1f GDPR. Refer to Google’s Privacy Policy for further details.
