Refund Policy

Refund Processing Time:
Once your refund request is approved, we aim to process it within 5 business days. If there are any unexpected delays, feel free to reach out to our support team at support@succulentsbox.net for assistance.

Confirmation of Replacement Order:
After your refund is approved, you can expect confirmation of your replacement order within 5 business days. Please allow an extra 5 days for the order to be fulfilled before receiving a new tracking number.

Secure Payment Transactions:
For secure financial transactions, including refunds, we use PayPal exclusively. For more details on payments, refer to our Billing Terms and Conditions.

Refund Eligibility:
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, you’ll be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specific timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If your refund is delayed, first check your bank account. If further delays occur, contact your credit card company and then your bank. If the issue persists, get in touch with us at support@succulentsbox.net.

Sale Items:
Unfortunately, we can only refund regular-priced items; sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges:
We facilitate exchanges only for defective or damaged items. To start an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@succulentsbox.net and send the item to 3900 OLD ANSON RD ABILENE, TX 79601, USA.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. If it wasn’t marked as a gift or if the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, a refund will go to the gift giver.

Shipping:
To return a product, mail it to support@succulentsbox.net. You’re responsible for covering shipping costs, which are nonrefundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
